Scripture References: Acts 11:19-30
The Book of Acts was written to provide a history of the early church. Acts records the apostles being Christ’s witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the surrounding world. God can do amazing things through ordinary people when He empowers them through His Spirit. The Book of Acts shows how God essentially took a group of fishermen and used them to turn the world upside down.
